Teachers are on the front line of a new and urgent challenge – supporting young people to navigate a world increasingly shaped by misinformation, disinformation and conspiracy belief.
To help support teachers and school leaders to navigate this complex issue, the National Institute of Teaching (with support from the Pears Foundation) has launched the Centre for Digital Information Literacy in Schools (CDILS). The Centre will deliver a national programme to equip educators with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to teach and lead effectively in an age of misinformation.
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our voluntary Expert Working Group for CDILS. This is a profoundly impactful opportunity to support schools across England in fostering critical thinking and resilience in today's digital landscape.

Academics: Experts in related fields who can provide valuable insights
Digital experts: Innovators who understand the latest developments in digital world, particularly with knowledge on communications and how online information spreads

This is an opportunity to lead a national conversation on truth, trust, and resilience in education. Join us in making a lasting impact for the next generation.
