Frequently asked questions

Printed certificate

Will I get a printed certificate?

If you have completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), your printed PGCE certificate will be posted to your home address before your graduation ceremony. In the meantime, you will have access to your digital certificate.

Printed PGCE certificates are issued separately and are not provided through Gradintelligence. If you have any queries about your printed PGCE certificate, please email [email protected].

If you have been awarded qualified teacher status (QTS), a printed certificate is not issued. Your QTS recommendation is made electronically through the Department for Education (DfE) system, after which you can download your digital QTS certificate from the GOV.UK 'Access your teaching qualifications' service.

Academic transcripts are issued digitally only and can be accessed through Gradintelligence.
