New tender opportunity: Coaching provider
The NIoT are seeking a new coaching provider to support school system leaders on our School Trust CEO programme.
The CEO role is vital in both leading and shaping the education system. It is complex, demanding, highly influential, and nuanced. With this challenge in mind, we have created a programme for new and current CEOs to enable them to thrive in this rewarding role.
Each participant on the School Trust CEO Programme will be assigned an executive coach to support them through the programme and assist them to assimilate the knowledge and experiences gained through their participation so that they can apply them to their own context. This coaching will be complemented by mentoring support as part of their immersive experiences in successful trusts.
The NIoT are looking to appoint a provider to deliver this vital coaching element of the programme. The appointed provider will ensure the coaches deployed to the NIoT programme deliver highly impactful coaching and development for the programme participants.
The provider will have existing capacity to provide coaching for all 75 programme participants across the two cohorts commencing in 2024. The coaches employed by the provider will be:
- Highly experienced executive coaches, with some experience of coaching people working in education (ideally in a school context), and experience of coaching CEO or C-suite leaders
- Accredited by a reputable coaching organisation, (e.g. Association for Coaching (AC), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and International Coach Federation (ICF))
- Drawn from a diverse range of backgrounds.
